Once upon a time, there were a rabbit and a turtle. They were good friends. They used to meet and play every day. The rabbit always boasted that he could run faster than the turtle.
So they decided to have a race. They chose the starting and finishing points. The rabbit runs really fast and soon leaves the turtle far behind. He thought that the turtle was too slow, and he could rest a while.
So he stooped under the tree and went to sleep. Meanwhile, the turtle kept walking the whole time and reached the winning point. When the rabbit woke up, he saw that the turtle had already won the race.
Moral story: slow and steady wins the race.
Now, next time, Rabbit and the tortoise had another race; this time, Rabbit remembered his mistake and ran faster, winning the race.
Moral story: we should learn from our mistakes.
Now, they both get motivated and decide to have a race, but in different directions. Rabbit started running fast, but in the middle he stopped because of a river, and then finally, the tortoise again won the race.
Moral story: Make your strategy according to your strengths.
The next time they had a race, it was in their own fields. Now they decided to help each other. The rabbit helped the tortoise on land, and the tortoise helped the rabbit in the river. And that's how they reached their own destinations and desired goals.
Moral: Make good friends who can help you in times of difficulty, not those who leave you in your time of need.
The next moral for corporate workers is: while working in a team, try to cooperate with each other based on your and your colleagues' strengths and weaknesses and accomplish goals accordingly.
