Sick in a sense can be used as - "Being tired of something." , "Frustrated "or "Annoyed."
Another Sick is used for the purpose of "illness or unwellness".
Sick is the less formal of the two words. It usually describes a short-term illness or disease such as the flu, and is commonly used to refer to feeling sick. Think of a sick child who stays home instead of going to school, or a person who gets sick to their stomach after riding a roller coaster.
Ill is more formal and is used to describe long-term and short-term illnesses or diseases. A person who is not in good health because of something serious, such as cancer or pneumonia, can be labeled as sick. On the other hand, a person who has a mild fever or cold can also be called sick. Similar to illness, illness also means feeling sick.
